The CCC calendar uses a system for "at a glance" room use identification as follows:
(A) Room A
(B) Room B
(C) Room C
Likewise, any combination of A/B/C, such as A/B, B/C

(D) Room D
(F) Full hall
(I) Imperial Conference Room
(K) Kimmswick Conference Room
