As adults, we typically think of education as something we offer to our children. We spend time and effort ensuring that they are educated and encouraging them to be lifelong learners. In the business and noise of our lives, we often forget that we must do the same with Our Faith and ourselves. We bring the Faith to our children through day school and PSR, but what do we do to ensure that our own faith and spirituality continue to grow? As Catholics, we are blessed with beautifully rich traditions. It is through these traditions that we are drawn closer to Our Heavenly Father. It is vital that we do not become complacent in our faith, but, instead, spend time in community sharing and learning about Our Faith.
